Today we have Korianne Mar as our guest.  She is a real estate investor and owns hundreds of units among 30+real estate projects across the US.

Originally Korianne was a Vietnamese refugee where she spent four years in a Hong Kong facility living in squalor.  Once she was approved to come to the US she only had a few pairs of clothes and spoke very little English.

Over the course of over 20 years she has built a real estate empire where and is now financially free.

She feels strongly in real estate where you can earn a passive income from rental properties which once you are financially free you can do whatever business that you desire.  She even explains the IDEAL Formula as to why you should invest in real estate.

Today we get to hear from one incredible woman that is also beginning her training programs.  She is a strong believer on investing in real estate versus other investment vehicles like in the stock market where you have little control over the stocks or even the decisions of the asset manager of your portfolio.
