Michelle Manire – Coast to Coast Conferences and Events – Strategic Event Manager

Meet Michelle Manire

Today I am bringing to the show a woman who has a business that, in my opinion, every person who is self employed should be aware.  Her name is Michelle Manire.

She has a company called Coast to Coast Destination and Meeting Management.  She is a Strategic Event Manager.  What she does is the logics and scheduling to help people put on live events.  Thus, if you need to book a room, set a room, find audio engineers, and negotiate contracts that are geared to you then this is the woman you must know.

Michelle Manire is the founder of Coast to Coast Conferences and Events.

About Michelle …

Michelle has been in the hotel business for many years.  24 years ago she started this business with the fore-knowledge of how that industry works.

Her company has three distinct services.

  • Hotel reservations.
  • Logistics of events ranging from 200 – 10,000 attendees.
  • Conference Management.

Her services can be bought as a bundle or via a la carte.

She will also look at your future event and with so many years of experience she can help you find additional revenue streams that you may not have thought of, like merchandising, sponsorships, and many others.

Did you know that if you play any part of any song at a live event that you need a license and the music industry is cracking down on events that don’t have the license?

Contact Michelle

You can contact Michelle through her website at www.ctcconferences.com (don’t forget the two consecutive c’s).

This is becoming a seller’s market so don’t try to do this by yourself, especially if you are signing the hotel’s contracts.  There may be clauses in there that you are not aware.  What if you had to book 100 hotel rooms to get the room for free?  And what if there is a hurricane coming into town.  You are still responsible for those rooms even if your event falls through.

Pay for a professional to ensure all of your needs are met.

And go ahead and listen to today’s show to find out more.  Make sure you stay until the very end for some additional useful information.
